TIM COLLINS

At the helm of our Research and Development team is Tim Collins having over three decades dedicated to the medical device industry, half of which have been at Pelham Plastics. He initially learned his craft at Wentworth Institute and Southern New Hampshire University earning an Associate’s in Mechanical Design and a Bachelor’s in Technical Management, respectively. Prior to coming to Pelham Plastics, Tim was employed by a major medical device company as a Senior Project Engineer designing, developing, and manufacturing medical devices. He was responsible for offloading multiple production lines and technology to offshore manufacturing facilities, validation and process development as well as working with physicians in the clinical setting to evaluate current designs, potential improvements, and new technology. Tim is an integral part of the Pelham Plastics’ creative engineering team who bring innovative and updated projects from an idea to reality.
