STEPHEN LEE

Steve has been at Pelham Plastics since the day it was founded twenty-three years ago, helping to grow the organization from the ground up. He currently resides as the Business Development Manager with extensive knowledge of the Molding processes and tools we have developed over the years. Steve is the head of our in-house tool room, which he manages with his decades of experience in the medical device industry. Working in Research and Development specifically in the medical device field has allowed him to succeed in creating molds and other tooling for various projects requested by our customers. Steve also prefers to spend his days off in the sunshine riding his motorcycle or camping in the New England woods.
